Cleanliness could use attention!!! There were issues with the air conditioning!!! The room size for comfort was truly cramped!!! Access to transportation felt convoluted and frustrating!!! WiFi struggled on higher floors!!!

The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is
unmatched, just steps away from the Cathedral and within walking distance of numerous dining options. The staff were incredibly supportive, and I appreciated the charming decor. However, be prepared for the room sizes to be quite compact, especially if you're traveling with friends.

what a disappointment this hotel was, honestly. the small bathroom had little to no storage, and I mean, it looked clean, but not fresh at all. Also, with the air conditioning out, I expected some sort of compensation, but instead received hardly anything. almost left a good review, just couldn’t, sadly.
